My main project during my 2 years at Aptivio was to create an AI-powered Revenue Growth cross-platform tool for Network Sales combined with real Buyer Intent. Everyday, Marketing and Sales teams target qualified accounts in order to increase engagements and close deals. I designed a full featured web application that took care of this need.

→ Context

At Aptivio, a trailblazer in AI-driven B2B sales, I had the chance to dive deep into systems design, UX strategy, and go-to-market innovation. Over two thrilling years, I collaborated closely with product leadership, data scientists, and engineers, shaping amazing experiences.

→ Challenge

Our mission was to move beyond static sales campaigns. The sales universe was filled with noise — disjointed data, irrelevant leads, missed signals. Our goal was to design a platform where intent data and behavioral signals could illuminate the right paths, empowering users with real-time, contextual guidance.

It wasn’t just about visualizing data — it was about bringing hidden revenue opportunities into orbit and making them actionable.

→ Discovery & Insight

In the early discovery phase, I worked hand-in-hand with users, stakeholders, and leadership. Through continuous exploration, we mapped out diverse personas, surfaced friction points, and created what we called the "MOVE Framework." Match Opportunity, Validate Buyer Intent, Engage, and Learn from Results.

Our observations were profound: Salespeople didn’t want just a telescope to spot distant opportunities — they wanted a spacecraft to reach them, intuitively guided through each decision point.

→ The Launch of Boon

With Boon, Aptivio expanded into new galaxies. The design systems, workflows, and UX philosophies I contributed to in Aptivio directly fueled Boon's birth. Dynamic audience logic, multi-touch orchestration, and buyer engagement principles were all foundations I helped build.

In a way, Boon became our space station — a permanent orbit around the needs of modern sellers.

→ Results

Our work sparked real movement in the industry. By integrating with key CRM platforms like Oracle, Salesforce, and Microsoft, we enabled users to act on insights where they already worked. Adoption was driven not by mandates, but by intuitive design, seamless onboarding, and visible impact. Insights from user interviews and usage patterns confirmed that a contextual, system-integrated experience outperformed standalone tools by far.

When benchmarked against leading tools like Apollo, Buzz, and Regie.ai, Aptivio's experience felt truly differentiated — smooth, empowering, and grounded in real behavior science.
